As we grow up, we will learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let you down probably will. You will have your heart broken probably more than once and it will get harder every day. You'll break hearts too. So remember how it felt when yours was broken. You'll fight with your best friend. You'll blame a new love for things an old one did. You'll cry because time is passing too fast and you'll eventually lose someone you love. So take too many pictures, laugh too much, and love like you've never been hurt because every sixty seconds you spend being upset is a minute of happiness you'll never get back. What Is Christmas and Why Do We Celebrate it?
It's time to celebrate the season!
Who doesn't love Christmas? It's a time for family, friends and joy.
In this article we will explore the history of Christmas and its origins. We will also look at why we celebrate Christmas and what it means.
The main reason we celebrate Christmas is to remember the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ. He is the reason for the season, and we are thankful for his sacrifice on our behalf. The celebration of Christmas is a Christian tradition that has its roots in the ancient Roman festival of Saturnalia, which featured wild parties and feasting.
The history of Christmas and its origins are a bit lost in time, but we do know that it's a combination of several different traditions from different cultures and religions. In fact, there is even some evidence that suggests that Jesus may have been born in December! The exact time and place where he was born is unknown but it is believed that it happened in Bethlehem, which is a village located in Palestine (now called Israel).
The first reference to celebrating Christmas dates back to about 325 AD when Pope Julius I declared that December 25th would be a special day for Christians to celebrate because it was Jesus' birthday. After that, many countries started celebrating Christmas by decorating their churches with lights, candles and other items that symbolize joy.
There are many different stories about how Christmas began—some say it was started by Christians to honor Jesus' birth; others say that it was originally celebrated by pagans who believed in a goddess named Abundantia (which sounds like an alternative name for Isis). But one thing is clear: this holiday isn't just about celebrating Christ's birth—it's also an opportunity to celebrate with family, friends, coworkers, and everyone else you care about this time of year!

To A Wife On How To Make Your Husband Happy
When was the last time you did something special to make your husband happy? The man you exchanged vows with is so much more than just a provider and a pair of useful hands around the house. He is someone who is always there to cheer you up when you are feeling low and to celebrate with, when the good times are around. A husband is your lover, your companion and a wonderful father to your kids.
So, isn't it time you did something fun and unexpected to gladden your husband’s heart? Whether you are a bride, eager to please her brand-new hubby, or a wife of many years wishing to sizzle up your married life, here are a 50 ways to make your husband happy and pleased that he married you.
Start with a love letter. Remember how eagerly you waited in the early days of your courtship to receive a letter or just a note from each other? Do it again, but this time count all the reasons, which you think make him the best husband. Your man will not only be happy to be reminded of your love but glad to know that he makes you happy as well.
Listen actively. When your husband expresses an opinion or a thought, pay attention. This shows you respect him and his views and nothing pleases a man more.
Say thank you with a smile. When your husband does an odd job around the house, thank him like you really mean it. He will know that his help is not taken for granted and he will be happy to do more.
Prepare his favorite meal. After he returns home from work on an ordinary day, surprise your husband with his favorite dinner. He will not only be glad to have the food he likes best, but will appreciate the time and effort you put in preparing it.
Let him have the TV remote. Granted, that you wish your husband spent more time with you, than watching the sports channel, but if there is an important game that you know your husband would love to watch, hand over the TV remote graciously.
Hold his gaze. When you are speaking to your husband or listening to him, make sure that you keep eye contact. This will assure him of your attention and your respect, which is empowering to any man.
Plan a vacation. Make arrangements for a romantic vacation, to a destination you know your husband would love to visit.
Ask his family over. Your husband’s parents mean a lot to him. So ask them over for a Sunday lunch he will be touched by your loving gesture.
Gift your husband a subscription to his favorite magazine.
On the way from work, visit the bakery and pick up a dessert your husband digs.
Do something he hates. Choose a chore, like buying grocery or taking out the laundry, your husband really dislikes doing and then go on to do it cheerfully.
Have his pals over. If a Super Bowl game or something equally popular is coming up, let your husband know he can watch it at home with his mates. Admittedly there will be beer cans and hot dog wrappers to clean up the next day, but your hubby will love your generosity.
Appreciate his interests. If your husband is into carpentry, praise the book stand he has made, even if it wobbles just a wee bit. Or if he loves collecting coins, buy him a book on numismatics. Your interest in his hobbies will give your husband a feeling of pride and make him happy.
Book your husband on a golf vacation and do it happily.
Give your husband a nice massage, after a particularly exhausting day at work.
Make your husband a bowl, of popcorn, as he settles down to watch his favorite DVD.
Get him tickets to his favorite ballgame and then surprise him by lustily cheering for his favorite team.
Buy a really expensive gift for your husband, like a watch from Cartier or a Bvlgari perfume.
Don’t nag, if he gets lost while taking out the family on a road trip.
Send the kids to their grandparents’ or to a family member’s for a sleepover. Then snuggle up to your husband and ask what he would like to do, for the rest of the evening.
Find out your husband’s favorite after-shave and buy it for him.
Recreate your first date and your husband is sure to be happy falling in love with you all over again.
Tell your husband to take a night out with his pals. Not only will he have a good time, but he will also be grateful for your thoughtfulness.
Put on your sexiest lingerie and get ready for an intimate evening with your husband. He will be happy to know you still desire him as a lover.
Book yourselves on a luxury cruise. Your husband will not only enjoy the sun and the sights, but will be happiest doing nothing the whole day.
Gift him a customized CD by compiling around ten of your husband’s favorite songs.
Take care of your appearance. Don’t let yourself go, just because you've been married for quite a while.
Your husband will be glad to know you still find him worth the effort and time it takes to appear well-groomed.
Greet your husband at the door dressed in your best gown and with two glasses of champagne. After he recovers from the initial shock, he will be glad that you came up with such a great idea to welcome him.
Tell your husband he smells nice.
Flirt with your husband in front of his friends. Hold his gaze, touch his legs under the table and steal quick kisses. Your hubby will love to relive the days of romance.
When you are sitting together, quietly slip your hand into his. Your husband will love the easy expression of intimacy between you two.
Buy him a set of golf clubs or whatever sport equipment he is interested in.
Stop trying to change your husband into someone else, after all you married him for who he is.
Meet him for lunch at his office and suggest a quick bite. He will love your spontaneity and the fact that you took out time from your own schedule.
The next time you decide to eat out, let your husband choose the restaurant and the menu.
Ask him to share his fantasy with you and see if you can try it out – or at least a part of it. Even if you both end up laughing, your husband will be pleased to know you care about what he wants.
Do something fun together like a trip to an amusement park or going for a circus show.
Pick up the kids from their soccer or music practice, when it is actually your husband’s turn to do so.
Go out after dinner. Put the kids in bed and steal away with your husband for an ice-cream for a stroll in the park. Your husband will be pleased at spending some quiet time with you.
Find one thing to compliment about your husband and do it sincerely.
Let your husband be at home the next time you want to go Christmas shopping. He will be glad to have escaped the chore and you might have more fun doing it with someone, who enjoys shopping, like your mom or a friend.
Remind your husband that he is the sexiest man you ever set eyes on.
Leave a love note in your husband’s briefcase or in the car. Just a sentence telling him that he means so much to you.
Pursue an interest together – like a dance class or a photography club. He will be happy to feel connected to you.
Go for a hike in the mountains. You both will love the fresh air and the casual intimacy.
Be the perfect hostess, if your husband invites his boss over for dinner.
Learn a skill or a new language. Your husband will be happy and proud of your achievements.
Get your husband something he always wanted, but never got around buying it.
Go over his high school photos together and remark how handsome he was even all those years back.
Find a quiet moment with your husband to whisper “ I love you” in his ears. If you have already said it, say it again. You can never say these three words too often and you can be sure, that every time it will make your husband glad, he married you.
It doesn't take much to make your man happy. Unconditional love and sincere appreciation are what most men expect in a partner. So let your imagination explore!
Have a great and blessed day everyone.

Little Things in Life That Will Make Us Happy
With her eyes smiling, she said: I know the Secret!
What secret is that? To which she replied.
I have learned that there is little I can do in my life that will make me truly happy. I must depend on God to make me happy and to meet my needs. When a need arises in my life, I have to trust God to supply according to HIS riches. I have learned most of the time. I don't need half of what I think I do. He has never let me down. Since I learned that 'Secret', I am happy.
The questioner's first thought was: That's too simple! But upon reflecting over her own life, she recalled how she thought a bigger house would make her happy, but it didn't!
She thought a better paying job would make her happy, but it hadn't.
Now you know it too! We can't depend on people to make us happy. Only GOD in His infinite wisdom can do that.
Trust HIM!
And now I pass the Secret on to you! So once you get it, what will you do?
YOU have to tell someone the Secret, too! That GOD in His wisdom will take care of YOU! But it's not really a secret...
We just have to believe it and do it. Really trust God!
God Bless You All!!!
Must Read: A Mouse Fable
Retreating to the farmyard, the mouse proclaimed the warning. "There is a mousetrap in the house! There is a mousetrap in the house!"
The chicken clucked and scratched, raised her head and said, "Mr. Mouse, I can tell this is a grave concern to you but it is of no consequence to me. I cannot be bothered by it."
The mouse turned to the pig and told him, "There is a mousetrap in the house! There is a mousetrap in the house!" The pig sympathized, but said, "I am so very sorry, Mr. Mouse, but there is nothing I can do about it. "
The mouse turned to the cow and said, "There is a mousetrap in the house! There is a mousetrap in the house!" The cow said, "Wow, Mr. Mouse. I'm sorry for you, but it's no skin off my nose. But wish you well; be assured you are in my prayers "So, the mouse returned to the house, head down and dejected, to face the farmer's mousetrap-- alone.
That very night a sound was heard throughout the house -- like the sound of a mousetrap catching its prey. The farmer's wife rushed to see what was caught.
In the darkness, she did not see it was a venomous snake whose tail the trap had caught. The snake bit the farmer's wife.
The farmer rushed her to the hospital and she returned home with a fever. Everyone knows you treat a fever with fresh chicken soup, so the farmer took his hatchet to the farmyard for the soup's main ingredient. But his wife's sickness continued, so friends and neighbors came to sit with her around the clock. To feed them, the farmer butchered the pig. The farmer's wife did not get well; she died.
So many people came for her funeral, the farmer had the cow slaughtered to provide enough meat for all of them. The mouse looked upon it all from his crack in the wall with great sadness.
So, the next time you hear someone is facing a problem and think it doesn't concern you, Remember -- when one of us is threatened, we are all at risk. We are all involved in this journey called life. We must keep an eye out for one another and make an extra effort to encourage one another.
Each of us is a Vital Thread in another person's tapestry; Our Lives are woven together for a reason.
One of the best things to hold onto in this world is a "Friend".
Family Saving Tips for 2026
Saving money is hard. It's even harder when you're trying to save for a family crisis or emergency. But by following these tips, you can save money and get ready for the future!
The internet is a powerful research tool to help you lower your living costs. There are several ways that this can be done:
Use the internet to research the best deals on things you need or want. You can compare prices from different stores, find money saving tips for products and services, subscribe to newsletters that alert you when new offers come out (and tell them where they should advertise), and even apply for discounts at certain times of year.
Use the internet to find coupons and discounts online so that when they come up in stores or restaurants, they don't cost much more than what it would have been otherwise—which means less money spent on unnecessary items!
Compare prices between retailers before making a purchase so that if one store has better prices than another one nearby then chances are good that it will have better ones too...and thus saving even more money overall!
Being prepared in advance can save money, time and stress in the long run.
Being prepared in advance can save money, time and stress in the long run. The following are some ways to prepare for your family's financial future:
Make a budget and stick to it. Budgeting is a great way to live within your means while still having enough money left over each month to pay bills on time without having to worry about getting into debt or missing payments.
Save for retirement as early as possible so that you can avoid taking out loans when retirement comes around (and also enjoy peace of mind). You don't want any surprises later down the road when pension plans aren't enough anymore because they were set up using outdated assumptions about inflation rates and interest rates!
Avoid impulse buys by waiting 2 minutes before you buy anything.
The 2-minute rule is a simple way to avoid impulse buys and keep your spending in check. It's based on the idea that if you want something, your brain will tell you so within two minutes (a phenomenon called the "impulse effect"). If the item doesn't feel right after two minutes, then don't buy it—but if it does feel right, go ahead with buying it!
The key here is not letting yourself get caught up in the moment of desire; instead of rushing into something just because it looks good or sounds amazing, ask yourself whether or not this item is worth paying for at full price. This can be especially useful when shopping for groceries because many items have expiration dates attached to their packaging and may not be as fresh as advertised once opened (or even worse: expired).
Buying necessities in bulk can help save money.
Buying necessities in bulk can help save money. You'll be able to buy things like toilet paper and paper towels at a lower price, which means you'll end up with more money in your pocket after buying them. It also helps if you have an empty pantry or cupboard, since many of these items can be bought in bulk as well.
Buying in bulk saves time too because it's less complicated than shopping individually for every single item on your list—you don't have to go all over town looking for what you need, but instead can just head into the store once and pick up everything there! And finally: if someone else does all the cooking and meal planning for dinner tonight? Don't forget about those dishes! They might not seem like much now (especially since they're probably silver), but trust us when we say these dishes will become extremely useful later down the road when life gets even busier than usual
Go shopping alone so that no one can tempt you.
Avoid impulse buys.
Avoid peer pressure.
Avoid the temptation to buy something just because it is on sale or has a good deal.
Don't let yourself be talked into buying something just because it's cheap, or even if you think it's worth your money!
You can get a lot of stuff for free on Craigslist or your local Facebook marketplace.
If you have a Facebook account, the Facebook Marketplace is a great place to find free stuff. You can also search Craigslist and then go through your local area's classifieds to see if anything catches your eye.
If all else fails, try looking in stores that have clearance sections or have items on sale for less than they would normally be marked as retail price.
Pay off as much debt as you can, and make sure to pay your bills on time.
If you have credit card debt, don't use it. If there's any money left over after paying off your credit cards (which is likely), consider paying down the rest of that loan with extra cash from other sources (if you have).
Don't buy things on credit—it'll just create more problems for yourself later in life if something goes wrong later down the road when applying for jobs or applying for loans.
If possible, avoid payday loans and rent-to-own stores because they're both bad ideas financially: payday loans come with extremely high interest rates; while rent-to-own stores can cost upwards in fees before even getting started!
Don't buy something at the first price offered - wait for a better deal to come along.
Don't buy something at the first price offered - wait for a better deal to come along.
Don't buy something just because you can afford it.
Don't buy something if you don't need it.
Don't put off buying things until they're on sale, because then they'll be out of style and people won't want them anymore!
Buying used products is a great way to save money, but make sure that they are good quality before you buy them.
If you're looking to save money on a product, buying used is a great option. However, make sure that the product is in good condition and works properly before buying it. This way, you won't be disappointed when the item breaks or doesn't match your needs.
If possible, ask someone with experience using this item about its quality so that you can decide whether or not it's worth investing in. For example: "Is this laptop reliable?" Or even better yet: "Can I use my laptop without worrying about losing files?"
Take advantage of free events and services - many cities offer fun activities for free or at low cost!
Free events and services are a great way to save money on your family's expenses. Many cities offer free activities, such as festivals and parades, so you can enjoy the fun with your family while saving some of your money at the same time.
There are so many ways that you can save money without missing out on anything!
Buy used products. If you’re looking for an item that has been around for a while, consider buying something used instead of new. You may be able to get a great deal on an item and still have enough left over to buy other things with your leftover cash!
Shop in bulk. Many stores offer discounts when buying larger quantities of items, so it’s worth looking into this option if buying just one thing seems too expensive or difficult.
Wait 2 minutes before making purchases (this applies only if the store has self-checkout lanes). This trick helps prevent impulse buys because we don’t want them yet! Then use those few extra seconds wisely by taking advantage of deals available online or at local retailers who offer coupons through their websites/apps etc., which will help save even more money later down the road when using these coupons again during checkout time at another store
As you can see, a lot of these tips are very easy to do and can save you a lot of money. The most important thing is that you take advantage of them. Don't wait until it's too late - start saving today!
Advantages and Disadvantages of Home Schooling
Home schooling is a popular option for families who want to give their children more individualized care. It's also a way for parents to customize their children's education, which can be especially valuable if your child has learning disabilities or other special needs. But what are the advantages and disadvantages of home schooling? How do you go about researching this option before deciding whether it's right for your family?
Home schooling is a big commitment.
Home schooling is a big commitment. It takes a lot of time, money and effort to make your home a learning environment that will support the development of your child's education. You may have to buy new furniture or hire someone else to do the cleaning and cooking, but these are the kinds of things you'll be spending money on anyway if you decide not to go through traditional school systems.
You'll also need to be organized so that everything goes smoothly when it comes time for testing or exams. If you don't keep track of assignments like tests and homework deadlines then chances are good that they won't get done as planned either by yourself or by whoever else might end up helping out around here!
The benefits of home schooling are very appealing.
You get to spend more time with your family.
You have more time to pursue your own interests, and less pressure on you to focus on school.
You don't have any deadlines or tests that require studying; instead, you can choose what topics interest you most.
Children who are home schooled get more one-on-one attention.
One of the many advantages of home schooling is that it allows for more one-on-one time with your child. When they’re in a classroom, they may be feeling left out or singled out by their classmates because they don't share their interests and hobbies with anyone else in school. But when you are home schooling them, you can make sure that they get all the attention that they need and deserve!
Kids who are home schooled feel special because no one else knows what's going on in their lives like parents do. Parents know how to speak directly with kids about their feelings—and sometimes even solve problems just by asking questions! That alone makes a difference when it comes time for homework assignments or tests later on down the road (because these things will mostly likely require some serious thought).
There's no need to fight over homework time.
Home schooling allows you to do homework at your own pace, without having to worry about whether or not you have enough time.
You can also be sure that your child will always have a chance for a break from studying and other activities in order to get some fresh air or play with friends. This means that they'll have more energy throughout the day, which means less stress! And if there are any problems during lessons, such as getting distracted by something interesting outside their window or watching TV instead of listening attentively (which happens sometimes), it's easy enough for them just tell themselves "I'll come back later."
Curriculum is tailored to your child's learning style and pace.
Curriculum can be tailored to your child's learning style. For example, if you have a child who prefers visual or auditory methods of learning then the curriculum will be adjusted accordingly. If your child is dyslexic, then it might be difficult for them to read quickly and accurately without assistance from someone else (like an adult). In this case, the curriculum may be designed with multiple pathways so that students have different ways of getting information across; this helps them process information more efficiently which allows them more time on task since they don't have as many distractions around them!
Curriculum can be tailored to their pace - This means how quickly do they want/need things done? If one student wants everything done yesterday but another wants it done tomorrow then both would benefit from having access
Home schooling allows for more family time.
The primary benefit of home schooling is that it will allow you to spend more time with your children, as well as take advantage of the educational opportunities that come along with having a well-rounded education. When your kids go to school they miss out on so much fun and learning because they're busy with their teachers and classmates. With home schooling, they can get all their classes done at home or online through websites where you can find videos on almost any subject imaginable! This means less stress for parents because there's no need for extra transportation or other expenses associated with sending your child somewhere else every day when he/she could be getting everything done right at home instead!
Some families are able to travel more easily when kids are home schooled.
If you're looking for an advantage of home schooling, then it's all about the flexibility. With kids in school, they can't travel with you as easily - they need to stay at their own location until they finish their course of study. This means that if you're planning a trip somewhere and want to take your child along, there aren't many options available because most schools don't allow students who aren't enrolled in the program (and sometimes even those who ARE) to leave campus until graduation day.
However, since home schooling allows parents more freedom when it comes down to scheduling activities and outings with their kids, it may be easier for them not only during school breaks but also after graduation when adults need some time alone too!
Discipline can be easier with home schooling.
Home schooling is a big commitment. You have to make sure your child gets the right education and that they are learning at their own pace. If you have more than one child, it can be even more difficult to get everything done!
Home schooled kids also get more one-on-one attention from mom or dad because they won't be distracted by other children in the classroom. Instead of being forced into a group setting where everyone is working together at once on projects and activities, home schooling allows for individualized instruction based on each student's needs. This might mean spending some extra time with each child so he or she can practice certain skills such as writing paragraphs instead of just copying down what others were doing in class every day (which often ends up being boring).
Doing research and planning ahead will allow you to weigh the advantages and disadvantages of home schooling, and see if it's right for your family
Home schooling is a great way to give your children an academic advantage. But it's not for everyone, and you'll want to do some research before making the decision.
Conclusion
Home schooling is a great option for many families. It can be done at any age, and it's a great way to keep kids close to home while still giving them the independence and socialization they need. If you're looking to start your own home school, we recommend doing some research first so that you can make an informed decision about which method would work best in your current situation.
Coping Up with Depression Post Pandemic
In the wake of a pandemic, we can't help but feel overwhelmed by our situation. It's normal to feel sad and angry, but you should also try to focus on what you can control in these circumstances: your health and safety. If you're having trouble finding strength in yourself, remember that it's okay not to be able to cope up with depression post-pandemic—you don't have to feel like every day is uphill battle or walk through life like your head is down all day long. Here are some tips for coping up with depression post-pandemic:
Focus on what is in your control.
If you're feeling down, it's important to remember that the world is still out there and full of beauty. Focus on what is in your control—your own actions, your own attitude, and the things that make up who you are.
When I was depressed after a pandemic, I would focus on all the things that made me feel bad: my lack of sleep; my inability to get out of bed; my lack of energy as a result of being tired all day every day; etc. These things were very real and tangible for me at the time (and still are), but they weren't necessarily good indicators for how well off we could be as a society going forward if these issues persisted into our future lives together as responsible adults living under one roof!
Take care of your immediate health and safety needs.
Eat healthy foods.
Drink plenty of water.
Get enough sleep, exercise regularly and take time to relax.
If you're feeling down or depressed, it's important to make sure your body is in good shape so that you can keep going at work or school without getting sick or having trouble concentrating on tasks. A healthy diet will help keep your energy levels up while helping prevent weight gain (which can be a sign of depression). Eating right also helps prevent weight gain because it keeps insulin levels low which means less sugar being absorbed into the bloodstream which leads to less cravings for sweet foods! Drinking plenty of fluids throughout the day will help reduce stress levels as well as promote good digestion through its effect on bowel movements; this may help reduce feelings like anxiety caused by prolonged stressors such as pandemics."
Control what you can.
The first step to recovery is to control what you can. You may feel like there are things that you cannot control, but this is not necessarily true. You can focus on the things that are within your power, such as exercising regularly and eating healthy foods. This will help improve mental health and reduce stress levels, which will then allow you to take care of others when they need it most.
It's important not to worry about what isn't under your control—it's easier said than done! But it's also important not only for yourself but also for those around us who may be suffering from depression due to the pandemic outbreak in Australia at the time (or any other place). It can be hard seeing someone else struggle so much when we ourselves don't feel so great ourselves; however if we know how their struggle compares with ours then maybe we'll understand better why they're acting out differently than usual even though both parties seem normal enough from outside appearances alone?
Remember that not everything is within your control.
We can't control what other people do, but we can control how we react to it. We can't control the weather, but we can take precautions. The world will continue to change and evolve regardless of your personal efforts or lack thereof—so don't get too caught up in that!
It's important not only to know when you're depressed and how best to cope with it, but also when life gets better again (and who knows? Maybe it will!).
Practice good self-care.
Eat well.
Get enough rest.
Stay hydrated, especially if you're experiencing diarrhea or vomiting from the flu. You should also drink water in between meals to prevent constipation and help keep your urine clear, which can be a sign of dehydration; this is especially important for people who have difficulty swallowing due to a dry mouth (dry mouth syndrome).
Avoid using drugs or alcohol as these can cause more severe symptoms than those caused by depression alone—and they may lead to addiction if used frequently over time!
Get enough exercise on a regular basis (at least 30 minutes every day), whether it's walking around your neighborhood while listening to music, taking a brisk walk around the block with friends after work each day or even doing yoga at home when no one else is around because those activities are great ways for getting out of bed feeling good about yourself again!
There are many other things that we could add here but we'll save them for later because this article isn't long enough yet :)
Be kind to yourself.
It's easy to beat ourselves up when we make mistakes, but that doesn't help us move forward in our lives. Instead of being hard on yourself and comparing your life with other people's successes, just focus on what you can do well today instead of dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. You may have been able to cope better before this pandemic hit but now it's time for new coping strategies!
Take time off to rest and relax your brain.
It's important to take time off from the news. If you can reach out to a friend or family member who has been affected by this pandemic, ask them if they could spend some time with you and help distract your mind from all of the negative thoughts that are surrounding it.
If there is no one available, try taking walks in nature or even just sitting in front of a fire place with some candles. Avoid stimulants such as coffee or alcohol because they will only make things worse by causing exhaustion which increases anxiety levels instead of reducing them like other natural substances could do (like tea). Try sleeping more often than usual - spending more hours per day asleep lowers blood pressure levels which increase stress levels as well as decreases heart rate variability so instead focus on how good sleep feels instead! Try eating better foods rather than junk food when possible - healthy foods such as fruits/vegetables will provide essential nutrients needed during times where we feel overwhelmed emotionally due to lack thereof resources available right now but also prevents further damage done already incurred mental health issues due to lack thereof nutrition intake while trying desperately hard not die before reaching safety zones outside city limits."
Seek help if you need it.
If you're feeling depressed, it's important to seek help. There are many resources available to help you cope with depression and anxiety.
A licensed therapist can provide advice on how best to manage symptoms of mental illness, as well as refer you to other professionals who specialize in treating these issues (such as doctors or social workers). They may also be able to recommend medications that might be helpful in reducing your symptoms.
Friends and family members are often eager volunteers when it comes time for them to intervene; they may even recognize signs that something is wrong before they become obvious themselves! You should never hesitate asking friends or family members if they've noticed any changes in behavior from yourself recently—it's always better than trying guesswork alone."
It's okay to feel overwhelmed or sad about the current situation, but there are things you can do to help yourself feel a little better and more secure
It's okay to feel overwhelmed or sad about the current situation, but there are things you can do to help yourself feel a little better and more secure.
Talk to someone you trust. If you're worried about what other people think, reach out and tell them how they make you feel. This can be particularly helpful if it's someone close to you who has been affected by pandemic Flu as well. They may have been able to understand better than anyone else how difficult it is for people with depression post-pandemic Flu has been on their loved ones' mental health.
Try getting some sleep! Sleep deprivation has been shown in numerous research studies as a major contributing factor for people suffering from depression post-pandemics because lack of sleep causes us physically tired which triggers our bodies' stress response system (the HPA axis). Studies also show that sleeping less than 6 hours/night increases chances of developing depression by 50%. So get some rest! You'll feel better afterwards (and maybe even fall asleep). Plus this helps with managing stress levels while we wait out this pandemic before its over...
Conclusion
As you can see, there are a lot of things you can do to help yourself feel better when you’re having a bad day. The most important thing is to remember that it is okay to be sad or upset, but don’t let those feelings stop you from doing the things that will make your life better. We hope this article has been helpful in guiding readers through some coping techniques they might not have thought about before!
A Day Before Christmas of 2021
It was almost Christmas of 2021 and we decided to spend it in Tagaytay. The whole country was struggling from all the lock downs and it was really difficult as each Town or City has its own restrictions. Luckily, Tagaytay was in Alert Level 1 during that time (meaning, minimal requirements and kids were allowed already in the area) and a lot of establishments started to operate again.
Prior to checking in to our Airbnb, we dropped by Yoki's Farm to have a quick nature tour with our daughter. The place was nice and big (and a bit hot not sure why considering it was already December AND in Tagaytay) although some of the areas were still close as they just reopened since Pandemic. They have plenty of animals to visit and some where you can play and feed. You can also experience close encounter with the Zebra and Ostrich (a bit scary though). Overall, it was a nice experience for the Family.
We had our lunch in one of the local restaurants (I forgot the name of the place but it was a couple of meters to the right when you hit the main road from the Farm) where we had the famous "Bulalo" (of course). The price was okay and you will have the magnificent view of Taal Lake and Volcano. Tummies full, time to check-in.
We booked our Airbnb in SMDC Tagaytay and the place is just perfect for its location. It is situated along Mahogany Avenue (One-way to Nasugbu) and Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway (One-way to Tagaytay main) so it was easy to navigate where you want to be. A number of good and affordable restaurants just around the corner as well. The whole place is perfect for kids as it has a huge park where they can run and play (you can even bring kites if you want).
All in all, we had a great time and would definitely go back this next 2022 Christmas (and maybe New Year!).

Useful List of Remote Jobs From Home
I am recently struggling looking for sites where I can apply for a part time remote job from home to earn extra income. Until one day, I got excited when one of my friend in Instagram posted this. So I immediately created an account, logged in and started to apply and perform a task or two. There will be a time that you will have to wait before a client would respond and hire you to do the job but who knows right? I have a couple of dollars now in my account and still searching for more jobs. So if you are one of those who's also looking for a part time / full time remote job from home, here is a list of companies/websites where you can start your career.
Note that you will be providing services to clients, and most of them do not have the time to train you, so you must be a self-starter. Also, you can't get the job if you don't start now. Happy job hunting!
